PLCs System for SCADA system of Badoosh Cement factory ( North Iraq)

Fit group make first PLC ( programmable logic controller ) project at 2002 start with Badoosh cement factory , the old PLC system was damanges therfore Fit group had to start from zero for raw materials of clinker far away more than 1 km and make the mix of raw materials in speccific quanitity and then deliver it to mills and cyclons of cement , the system OEM is OMRON ( japan) and the PLC capacity was 512 input/output . Fit group face alot of technical challenges like absent of diagrams , the modification done on old system that make the Sequence almost impossible , the lost connection of control cable and sensor under ground tunnel . but at the end in less than 3 months , the system work perfectly in harmony with SCADA system in the factory .
