Wi-Max for Electrical Substations & SCADA systems

Fit group start a pilot project to use Wi-Max technology instead of UHF and VHF radio because its was very noisy and UN-reliable and in addition instead of PLC ( power line carries ) .

The test was very successful and one of very first project in the world use Wi-max for SCADA and Electrical substation .

This project open a door for Fit group to be one of few companies in the world have experience and know how of using Wi-Max for SCADA projects as main connectivity network between substations .
